SEASON’S GREETINGS 2025

2024年も全国各地で大会等へ各団体、各協賛社、各会場他各位からの多大な協力を頂いて各事業が行われたこと、またこれにご参加いただいた方々に感謝申し上げます。
競技面もますますレベルが上がってきておりますが、一方でUCI/JCFも更に安全面についての強化を図っており、スポーツ関連の脳震盪プロトコルの実施などを含めて強化していく必要もあります。

2025年UCI（国際自転車競技連合）は従来のワールドシリーズから更に新たなフォーマットを発表し、競技レベルのハードルが高まってまいりますが、アジア・コンチネンタル・シリーズへの参画など、「Coupe du Japon」もこれらハイレベル国際大会への登竜門としての位置づけをより強化していきます。

あわせてJOCジュニアオリンピックカップでは、最上級のジュニアクラスもUCI登録となり、この層のレベルアップに貢献する他、小中学生の年少者クラスにも楽しみながらチャレンジをしていただけるようにと思います。

また、IMBA（国際マウンテンバイク協会）の協力も頂いている「キッズデイ」は昨年も全国展開され、北海道から九州まで各地の会場で、自転車の楽しみが伝えられ、多くの子どもたちの笑顔を見ることができましたがこちらも継続開催してまいります。

SEASON’S GREETINGS 2025

I would like to thank all the organizations, sponsors, venues, and others for their great cooperation in the last year, and I would like to thank all the participants for joining events.

In terms of competition, the UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) has announced a new format for the World Series in 2025, and the bar will be raised even higher. We hope to further strengthen the position of “Coupe du Japon” as a gateway to international competitions, including participation in the Asian Continental Series.

The JOC (Japanese Olympic Committee)Junior Olympic Cup, the highest level junior class will be registered with the UCI, which will contribute to raising the level of this age group, and we hope that the younger classes of elementary and junior high school students will be able to enjoy and challenge themselves.

In addition, “Kids’ Day,” with the cooperation of IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association), was also rolled out nationwide, and we were able to see many smiling faces in each location, with we were also able to share the joy of bicycling with the children.
